We do addiction treatments for various opioid, heroin and other drug addiction problems that, in our country and community, we are currently experiencing in epidemic proportions. We are very serious about helping people with these very critical, life threatening tribulations. standard medically accepted treatments medications that include Suboxone, Subutex (when indicated), Zubsolv, Vivitrol and others. We have Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistants that are Licensed or Certified on the premises in order to assist you with your needs as well.
We want to provide treatment for people with various addiction problems who are actually serious about their sobriety. We offer the
Medication-assisted treatment and withdrawal management using buprenorphine, naltrexone (Vivitrol), a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone (suboxone), or other medications.
Therapy by licensed professionals (individual, group, and family) and in collaboration with psychiatrists when necessary.
Social Support and case management to provide comprehensive treatment and eliminate barriers to successful recovery.
iCare Health & Wellness Medical Center will have a strategic plan expressing a vision for prevention. The clinic will address all prevention planning processes relating to substance use disorder and diagnosable mental health issues, behaviors, and/or actions meeting the criteria for a achievable prevention program. All prevention planning and strategy are documented and forwarded to the appropriate staff, appropriate referral, appropriate organization for further investigation and management, such as alcohol addiction, drug addiction, mental health, gambling addiction and primary services, social services and community resources the procedures contained in this policy. The clinic will implement a monitoring system while evaluating to determine if the desired outcomes have been achieved. This will be conducted through assessments relating to the quality delivery services, and identifying areas that need improvement. Sustaining what has worked well should be an ongoing process.
iCare Health and Wellness Medical Center staff will verify with patients on which referrals are appropriate for them and will direct them by providing proper information. In any event if iCare Health & Wellness Medical Center is unable to provide the required services for the patients with substance use concerns, mental health disability and children with server emotional disturbance then the clinic will refer the patient to other appropriate providers, systems or organizations to meet the identified needs of the patient.
